"Men will take up arms and even sacrifice their lives for the sake of this love….when harmony prevails, the children are raised well, the household is kept in order, and neighbors, friends, and relatives praise the result. Great benefits, both of families and states, are thus produced. When it is otherwise, however, everything is thrown into confusion and turned upside-down.”

Friendship in Christ: A conversation about chastity and same-sex attraction
Insightful and helpful interview with Paul, Rob. Hearing it directly from Paul of his experiences and how pervasive the culture within the SSA "community" is helps me appreciate their struggles better. This quote from Paul re FS is a winner - "When pastoral care becomes more about inclusion than it does about spirituality, we risk separating love from truth and man from God."
